Change password
Changing your password signs you out on every other device.
People and sign-ins
Crew name must match the crew name used on the board (for example "Mike"). Crews only see jobs assigned to that name, and dispatch emails go to their email.

Deleted projects
Deleting a project only hides it. Restore it here if it was a mistake.

Clean up client names
Every client name used on a project, with how many projects use it. Fill in "Change to" for any name that should be merged, then apply. A backup is taken first and each project's History records the change.

Move linked files behind sign-in
Projects that link to files on this website (for example ilhunt.com/Ridgeline/docs/...) get those files copied into protected storage, and the public links are removed from the project. Links to other sites are left alone.
Backups
The server keeps a copy of the database every day (last 30 days) in the private folder. For an extra copy on your own computer, download a full export now and then.
